We are happy to announce general availability of Web Estimator - a cloud based application that allows your office sales to quickly enter survey inventory and get a sense for volume and weight while interacting with clients and prospects over phone or embedded video chat. Having the ability to record the video gives your staff the option of entering the inventory live or completing the video walk-through first and then entering the inventory while watching a recording.
When a transferee needs assistance with a self-survey, a move consultant can take over the survey with the click of a button and help the transferee complete it.
Survey results can be emailed as HTML, PDF or uploaded straight to your Voxme or move management system. Surveyors can download all survey details to their Voxme Estimator..
The solution will be presented live for the first time at IAM in New Orleans in October 2016.

Voxme adds support for snap-on Android scanner Saveo.
Android devices have become extremely popular for creating inventories and item-conditioning. Consequently, our clients were in need of a solution that would let them use their Android devices together with an external scanner. New models of Android phones and tablets come out at such a rate that model-specific scanners are very impractical.
Saveo Scanners have addressed this issue by offering a ruggedized, well-priced scanner with a generic holder that would snap on an Android phone or tablet and let you start scanning away. We have integrated Voxme Inventory for Android with Saveo's scanner, which means our customers can turn any Android device into a high-performance scanner in less than a minute. Voxme adds support for super-fast barcode scanning with phone and tablet cameras.
Inventory scanning on pick-up and delivery has become a necessity nowadays. Until recently, the only practical solution for scanning barcodes required using external scanners or scanner add-ons for iOS and Android devices. Now, however, scanning can be done right from the Voxme Inventory app using your phone or tablet's camera, making barcode-based inventory checking and loading easy with any device. Moreover, this feature allows the crews to affix the labels on packed pieces in any order they want, and then simply point at the barcode and enter the item's details.

Voxme's Pre-move Survey App Now Includes Weight and Volume Allowance Feature
Clients often have a limit as to how much they can ship, whether for financial reasons, company allowance, or space constraints at the new residence. The Voxme Estimator pre-move survey app, which calculates a shipment’s weight and volume in real time, will now display an on-screen warning once the allowance has been exceeded. The client can then decide whether to keep adding items, ship them differently, or stop there.
When a single move has multiple destinations, the surveyor can specify a different allowance for each. Allowances entered ahead of time in the company’s move management system will be passed directly to the surveyor, who will be made aware of them automatically during the survey. The surveyor and the client will have a clear picture of what’s going where at all times, and will know how much they can still squeeze in before hitting the allowance limit.

Voxme announces the latest version of its Inventory application, which adds support for the most popular iPhone barcode scanner sleeve, LineaPro. This development enables users of the Voxme Inventory to perform barcode-based scanning, loading and delivery bingo. LineaPro is currently available for the iPhone 4, 4s, and iPhone 5.

RedSky Mobility Solutions, LLC has selected Voxme Software Inc. to provide integrated mobile pre-move survey estimation, digital inventory list and digital warehouse inventory management solutions to its users. RedSky Mobility Solutions operates RedSky, a hosted, browser based relocation management system developed exclusively for the UniGroup UTS network. Voxme Software provides pre-move surveys, packing inventory, labeling and barcoding applications to removals and fine arts transports industries.

"Using iPad tablets, moving consultants are now able to receive survey appointment details wirelessly regardless of their location. The digital survey information, including photos of special articles, access, material requirements are transmitted to RedSky for use in formatting proposal forms and transmitting instructions to operations. This digital survey inventory is also made available to the customer in RedSky’s customer portal. Customers can interact with that survey inventory to add or delete items and even use it as an aid in preparing insurance valuations. The tablets work nicely because the consultant can display images of packing sequences, examples of documentation. Best of all, the tablet can connect to the internet through a cellular or wireless signal to access RedSky directly. If the customer wants to add a phone number or make some change during the survey, it happens on the spot."
RedSky is working closely with the Voerman Group and Secor in developing the integration for the digital inventory and warehousing applications. Edwin van der Vliet, Operations Manager of Voerman in The Hague, sees the advantages of the integrated solutions for his company. "We run a high volume, high turnover operation. The ability to barcode individual items, pallets, storage vaults and containers to dynamically record and report locations to RedSky will reduce errors and improve our efficiency."

Voxme Software Inc. and MoveAssist International have rolled out the second phase of the integration link between their products. The goal of this phase was to fully automate the process of uploading survey details and summaries from Voxme survey solutions to MoveManager and integrate MoveManager with Voxme packing inventory and labeling solutions. This substantial scope extension was initiated by the companies that use MoveAssist and Voxme products, and have sought to add efficiency to survey and packing inventory data flows. The obvious way to achieve this goal was to automate as many data and document transfer tasks as possible.
On the survey side the new version of the link allows for the dispatching of survey requests with all relevant info (client info, origin and destination details, dates and notes) from MoveManager to Voxme survey solutions and then automatically importing all survey details (total volume, weight, materials, crates, access notes) and survey summary documents back from Voxme to MoveManager. MoveManager will now automatically create a separate job for each shipment identified during the survey.
On the operations side, the new version of the link help dispatch job requests from MoveManager to Voxme operations module, print shipment specific labels, load job details onto the crew’s inventory units, and upload all inventory and loading details along with the packing list back onto MoveManager. Apart from the obvious efficiency related benefits, this level of integration means that MoveManager can easily produce electronic shipment files in the standard industry format developed by IAM.

United Van Lines (Canada) system integrates with Voxme
Untied Van Lines (Canada) has enabled data export from its move management software ("MSP") to Voxme. This development has allowed the users of both systems to transfer shipper and survey details captured via United Van Lines survey handhelds and move management software to Voxme system where this information can be adjusted and used for the needs of an international move (labeling, packing inventory recording and printing, generation of standard forwarding documents). Voxme completes integration with Canada's national statistical agency
Voxme Software Inc. has completed intergation of its office application MightyForwarder with CAED Software. CAED is an office application application used by all Canadian exporters to submit electronic export declaration (Form B13A). This integration allows Voxme users to fill out the form based on the information captured in the system with one button click. This development was initiated by the growing number of Canadian removals companies that use Voxme solutions.
